Return Policy

At BG Chimney Mart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns or replacements are accepted only for products that are received in damaged condition, are defective on arrival, or do not match the order placed. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or general dissatisfaction after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. You must contact our support team within 3 to 7 days of delivery, depending on the issue, so we can review your request and guide you on the next step.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and confirm whether the return or replacement is approved. If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the case and product condition.

Return shipping may need to be arranged by the customer unless we specify otherwise. If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, tampering, or incorrect installation, the return request will not be accepted.

Products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty after normal use should be handled through the warranty or service process rather than the return process.
